Employers that hire people with a record, St. Louis

A few employers in St. Louis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 7 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
