Employers that hire people with a record, Spokane

A few employers in Spokane say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
