Employers that hire people with a record, Seattle after 15 years as an office manager

A few employers in Seattle say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been weighing on me all week. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
