Employers that hire people with a record, San Diego (update)

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
