Employers that hire people with a record, San Diego (update)

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a security officer before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
