Employers that hire people with a record, San Diego - first time posting

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
