Employers that hire people with a record, San Diego

A few employers in San Diego say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
