Employers that hire people with a record, Salt Lake City (update)

A few employers in Salt Lake City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
