Employers that hire people with a record, Salt Lake City - 9 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. Thank you in advance. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
