Employers that hire people with a record, Salt Lake City

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Salt Lake City, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
