Employers that hire people with a record, Salt Lake City - 26 weeks in

A few employers in Salt Lake City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a social media manager before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
