Employers that hire people with a record, Sacramento - what worked for you?

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Thank you in advance. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
