Employers that hire people with a record, Sacramento, machine operator here

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. I have been trying to stay organised about it. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
