Employers that hire people with a record, Sacramento after 18 years as an IT help-desk technician

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
