Employers that hire people with a record, Sacramento

A few employers in Sacramento say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
