Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond - what worked for you?

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 10 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
