Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond - what worked for you?

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 11 weeks. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
