Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond (update)

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
