I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 14 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
