Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond after 12 years as a web developer

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The HR contact was kind and direct.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
