Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond - 14 weeks in

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
