Employers that hire people with a record, Richmond - 13 weeks in

A few employers in Richmond say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
