Employers that hire people with a record, Raleigh - 4 months and counting

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
