Employers that hire people with a record, Providence (update)

A few employers in Providence say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
