Employers that hire people with a record, Providence after 6 years as a social media manager

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
