Employers that hire people with a record, Providence after 18 years as a customer-service rep

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
