Employers that hire people with a record, Providence - 7 weeks in

A few employers in Providence say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
