Employers that hire people with a record, Providence - 12 weeks in

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
