Employers that hire people with a record, Portland, nurse's aide here

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
