Employers that hire people with a record, Portland - first time posting

I found a second-chance hiring list from a workforce board. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
