Employers that hire people with a record, Phoenix, warehouse supervisor here

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
