Employers that hire people with a record, Phoenix - first time posting

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Phoenix, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Has anyone worked at these places?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
