Employers that hire people with a record, Phoenix, accounts payable clerk here

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
