Employers that hire people with a record, Phoenix - 2 months and counting

A few employers in Phoenix say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 4 months. Has anyone worked at these places?
