Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha - what worked for you?

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The HR contact was kind and direct. Has anyone worked at these places?

Check your record before you apply so nothing surprises you. A free legal clinic helped me look.
