Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha - first time posting

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 6 months. Any other leads?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
