Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha - first time posting

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
