Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha after 15 years as an HR coordinator

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. Any experience at all would help. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
