Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha - 13 months and counting

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 15 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?
