Employers that hire people with a record, Omaha - 11 months and counting

A few employers in Omaha say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 12 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
