Employers that hire people with a record, Oklahoma City

A few employers in Oklahoma City say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
