Employers that hire people with a record, Nashville (Nashville)

A few employers in Nashville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 13 months. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Be honest, brief and forward-looking when you talk about it. They care more about what you did since.
