I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
