Employers that hire people with a record, Nashville - any advice?

A few employers in Nashville say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 6 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.

Thanks for sharing the list. I will try two of them this week.
