Employers that hire people with a record, Minneapolis - what worked for you?

A few employers in Minneapolis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Any other leads?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
