A few employers in Minneapolis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The HR contact was kind and direct. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Ask the workforce centre about bonding programmes. They sometimes help employers feel comfortable.
