Employers that hire people with a record, Minneapolis - 10 months and counting

A few employers in Minneapolis say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 3 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Has anyone worked at these places?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
