Employers that hire people with a record, Milwaukee (update)

A few employers in Milwaukee say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. It has been a long 24 weeks. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
