Employers that hire people with a record, Milwaukee (update)

A few employers in Milwaukee say they hire people with a record, including a manufacturer and a warehouse. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They still run a background check later but consider it case by case. Did they ask about it in the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
