Employers that hire people with a record, Milwaukee

I got a lead on a company that does not ask about convictions on the first application. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Pay starts at an hourly rate with benefits after 18 months. Any other leads?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
